Engagements

How a planning engagement runs.

An engagement is a structured piece of work with a beginning, a middle and a deliverable — a written plan you keep. Here is exactly what happens, in order, from the first call to the six-month check-in.

Interior of a quiet modern office with warm lighting, suitable for a planning meeting

A written plan, not a meeting.

Many advisors sell time. We sell a result: a written financial plan you can act on without us in the room. The engagement is built so that, by the end, you understand your own plan well enough to maintain it.

Everything is documented. You receive the fact-find notes, the written plan, and a one-page summary you can keep on your phone.

The five steps

From first call to six-month review.

Initial conversation — free, 30 minutes

We talk through your situation and what you want to change. You decide whether to proceed; we tell you honestly if a plan is not the right fit.

Engagement letter

Before any paid work, you receive a short engagement letter stating the scope, the flat fee, and what you will receive. No work starts until you agree in writing.

Fact-find & goals session

A 60–90 minute session — in person on Mittraphap Road or over video — where we gather income, debts, savings and goals. We send the checklist in advance.

Your written plan delivered

Within five business days you receive a written plan: budget, debt repayment order, savings targets, investment outline, and a one-page summary.

Walk-through & six-month check-in

A 60-minute walk-through to refine the plan, plus one scheduled check-in at the six-month mark to measure progress and update as life changes.

What an engagement is, and is not

  • It is advice. You receive a written plan and the reasoning behind it.
  • It is not product sales. No commission reaches us on anything you buy, and we take no percentage of your assets.
  • It is not investment management. We do not place trades for you or hold your money. You implement your own plan with the providers you choose.
  • It is not a guarantee. No one can promise investment returns. We help you build a sensible plan; markets and life do the rest.
