What we collect, why, where it goes, and how to exercise your rights.

Overview

This privacy policy explains how LogicStack Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal data when you use this website or send us an inquiry. It is written to meet our obligations under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), B.E. 2552 (A.D. 2009).

We keep this policy honest and specific. Two things are true about this site and worth stating up front:

This website runs no analytics and no third-party tracking. There are no Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party scripts that follow you between pages.
Inquiries are sent only to our own server, at the same domain (logicstack.click), and are used only to respond to your inquiry.

What we collect and why

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect:

your name, so we know how to address you;
your email address, so we can reply;
your phone number (optional), in case you would rather speak by phone;
the topic and message you provide, so we can prepare a relevant response;
the page you sent the inquiry from, and the date and time, for record-keeping;
your consent to be contacted about the inquiry.

The legal basis under the PDPA is your consent, given by checking the consent box and submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time (see below).

When you visit the website, we do not collect analytics. The only thing stored in your browser is your cookie consent preference (see our Cookies policy), which is kept in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us.

Where the data goes

Your inquiry is transmitted over HTTPS to our own server at https://logicstack.click/api/inquiry — the same domain as this website. It is not sent to any third-party analytics or marketing service, because we do not use any. It is used only by our team to respond to your inquiry.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as is necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards to document that we did so. If you ask us to delete your inquiry record and you have no ongoing engagement with us, we will delete it within 30 days of your request, unless we are required to keep it for a longer period under Thai law.

Records created as part of a paid planning engagement are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter, in line with the engagement terms.

Your rights under the PDPA

As a data subject in Thailand, you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
request a copy of that data;
request correction of inaccurate data;
request deletion of your data, where we are not required to keep it by law;
withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out with your consent;
object to or restrict processing, and request data portability, where applicable;
lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee if you believe your rights have been breached.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@logicstack.click with the subject line “Data subject request”. We will respond within 30 days.

International transfers

Your data is processed in Thailand. We do not transfer personal data outside Thailand in the ordinary course of responding to an inquiry. If a specific situation required it, we would inform you and apply the safeguards required by the PDPA.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS in transit, access limited to people who need it to respond to your inquiry, and no third-party analytics that would expose your data to additional vendors.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you. The date of the most recent review is shown by the “last reviewed” line at the bottom of the page.
